The Rus Hotel was built in 1980, when the Olympic games were held in Moscow. At the beginning the hotel’s name was “Solnechnaya”, and it’s symbol was a big yellow sun. In 1992 a new Holland-Russian enterprise appeared instead of “Solnechnaya”. And the name of the hotel changed into “Rus Hotel”.
Nowadays there are 193 rooms of different categories, a spacious conference hall “Podolsk” with the area of 280 square meters for 340 people with a podium, a screen and projection equipment. A conference room “Chekhov” with the area of 61 square meters can seat 50 people.
For the guests’ safety the rooms are equipped with modern fire protection system and electronic locks.
